Coco Cay distills all of what's wonderful about the Bahamas into one magnificent package. There are water sports of every kind, ships filled with native crafts, an authentic steel band, even a mysterious underwater shipwreck for you to explore. 

Day 3 - At Sea
Morning Mediation & Qi Kong,
